Pulled a couple features in from vcki-dev:
- true version-control-based page history aspect (see upper-right action links)
- site-wide settings page (e.g. for password changing) at /settings

(Thanks to the effortless branching abilities of Mercurial...) vcki-dev has been forked off to be a playground for new/disruptive features and general risky development. It'll frequently be in flux and will usually contain silly, inane content. But whenever the code stabilizes, all its goodies (so far, actual revision histories) will be merged back into the main branch.
